Don Wolsefer is the President and founder of Tech-Con Systems, Inc. He graduated in 1960 with a degree in Chemical Engineering from Louisiana State University. Don is well
known as a business leader and pioneer in the Slidell community. He served as President and as a board member of the St. Tammany Home Builder's Association. In 1985, he was elected and served as CEO of American Cable Company,
having previously served as Secretary-Treasurer. In Don's earlier years he was a building contractor, giving him hands-on experience and the knowledge needed to proceed with the development and successful implementation of a new venture
called Tech-Con Systems, Inc. Don has been totally involved in all phases of the post-tension business. He is knowledgeable in the manufacturing, installation, fabrication, and stressing of post-tensioned tendons,
and product specifications. He has supplied over ten (10) million feet of post-tensioning tendons and hardware for various projects ranging from parking garages, to tennis courts, to home and apartment foundations. Although Don is
semi-retired from the business now, he still maintains a consultant status on an as-needed basis.
Ueli W. Geissmann joined Tech-Con Systems Inc. in 1996 as the Vice President and Managing Partner. Ueli was educated in Switzerland in Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration. Ueli has over 25 years experience in the construction and services of gas turbine power generation plants. Prior to joining Tech-Con Systems Inc., Ueli worked for ABB Power Generation on international assignments based in Baden, Switzerland and Richmond, Virginia. He has served in numerous positions as a Field Engineer, Project Manager, and Service Director for the North America market.
Harley Nethken, P.E., has over eighteen years post-tensioning experience including design, computer
analysis, shop drawings and installation. He has lectured several courses on the design of post-tensioned concrete structure provided by the Post-Tensioning Institute. He has prepared drawings for various types of elevated
structural slabs, structural slab on grade, and concrete tank rehabilitation and hazardous material storage.
